Pardon our dropping off the map for a couple of days...
by Mary Wood - Wednesday, January 8th 2003

Category: Old News

If you tried to find us for the past couple of days, you're not hallucinating. We did fall off the radar screen for a moment. No, not anywhere near as bad as The Big Crash Of '02, but it was a ghost of that crash.

In short, when we transferred hosts last June, part of the deal was a 2 year renewal of the FarscapeWorld.com domain name. Somehow, somewhere, the company that registers the domain name never got that information (this is where Dani is quite glad he keeps his receipts). We're not sure at this point how the ball was dropped or by whom, but the important thing is we're back on the map and we can fight with whomever over the bill later.

Sorry for the inconvenience - especially in this week of new episodes. If you can't see every page yet, you will soon. We were told it would take a couple of days to become fully functional again. Our email is currently back up and running.

Thanks for hanging in there with us!
