Season 4 Companion Update, Sneak peek at the Season 4 UK DVD menus
by Dani Moure - Monday, January 27th 2003

Category: Old News

We have some information for you on the contents of the Illustrated Season 4 Companion, to be published in the UK on May 30th (priced 9.99), and around that date in the US.

Written by Paul Simpson, the special features include a detailed look at the work of Tim Ferrier and the Production Designers, Dave and Lou Elsey talking about elements tp be seen in the second half of season four, and almost certainly a 'Script to Screen' feature on "John Quixote".

What would have been 'Into Season 5' will be an examination of the fan response to the cancellation and a few hints about the possible futures of Farscape. There will be a Foreword from Ben Browder, and a Last Word from Rockne S. O'Bannon and the usual amount of previously unknown information.

Also of note, the upcoming ADV Season 3 DVDs will feature updated facts for the season, some of which (particularly for earlier episodes) did not appear on the UK release.

Thanks to Paul Simpson for the update!

Speaking of the UK DVDs, Lee Binding from Contender let us know that the BBC currently have a UK DVD 4.1 preview up on their website, featuring menu shots and a short video showcasing a small part of the menu animation. Check it out!

You can pre-order UK DVD 4.1 in the UK DVD Section of the Farscape World Store.
