Juliet Blake interview, finale review and convention update
by Dani Moure - Monday, March 24th 2003

Category: Old News

The BBC website has posted an excellent interview with Juliet Blake, President of Jim Henson Television, and executive producer of Farscape. She speaks extremely candidly about the cancellation of the show, and why she thinks it happened, the future of the Farscape franchise, the fan support and much more. It's certainly a must-see, so head on over to the BBC Farscape page. Some people have suggested the text version sounds somewhat downbeat; personally I listened to the video clips and I found it extremely promising. Henson certainly haven't given up on the show yet, and that's a good thing. Thanks to Angie for passing along the link.

This past Friday, The Boston Herald published a nice review of the season finale, "Bad Timing," by Farscape supporter Mark A. Perigard. You can read the review here. Thanks to James for the link.

Finally, Bianca Chiminello (Jenavian, "Look at the Princess") is following up a successful appearance at GalaxyCon by joining the other guests at SC2K3 (ScaperCon), from August 1st-3rd in Chicago, IL. Thanks to Janet for that.

As a side-note, I realise I haven't updated the Upcoming Conventions page with the past couple of convention updates I've posted in the news; apologies for that, and I should have them updated tomorrow.
