I haven't seen season 4 yet and I'm quite sure PKW will own this list but from all the previous seasons, from the top of my head these are my favs:

i would have to go with most of what john_aeryn_fanatic likes.
My all time fav is Terra Firma, Unrealized Reality and Bad timing. I guess saeson 4 was the best season for me, i just loved it how the character aeryn had changed.

Well of course I can't pick just one....but I've just recently watched season 3 in its entirety and I've gotta say, Into the Lion's Den pt.3 and DwTB are fweakin awesome! The whole scene of Scorpy's Command Carrier going to hell and the kick-ass organ music playing were so climatic!! And I'm normally not a huge J/A fan but the finale was very well done. Can't deny the chemistry between Claud and Ben.

The Choice. I love what Claudia did. It was absolutly beautiful acting. I love love love that ep. It's so sad. One of the few eps I can watch over and over and still cry.

I still list Throne for a loss as my personal favorite. I just can't watch that episode enough times - it was early, I know, but it had great villains (and I was thrilled to see B'Kesh again in Liars, Guns and Money), great weapons, and some really funny places, like Rygel being kicked.

I think Wolf in Sheep's Clothing might get the no. 1 spot though. The shots of everything getting destroyed are really poignant, I feel.

It's difficult to name just one but my personal favorite would have to be Green Eyed Monster from season three. Some other favorites are A Constellation of Doubt, A Human Reaction, Crackers Don't Matter, Nerve, The Hidden Memory, Infinite Possibilities, and many more.
I don't think GEM is the best episode, though. That title would have to go to either The Way We Weren't from season two or Terra Firma from season four.

It's a toss between The Choice, Fractures and I.P: D.Damands after these it's Kansas, Terra Firma and A Constellation of Doubt, my fav "light" ep is Beware of Dog.

For myself, there are many but one that really stands out is "Green Eyed Monster". It is my personal favorite beacuse it changes the Course of the John and Aeryn relationship for the remainder of the series. Another reason is we learn why Moya-John is so upset that Talyn-John took his notebook that being the valueable information inside which were the star charts of each system they passed. Of course Talyn-John using them to his advantage showing them to Aeryn , which is what finally gets her to embark on a loving/physical relationship with him. Isn't it ironic though that's what does it , his notebook. instead of just the decclaration of saying I love you which happened at the end of "Season Of Death". I also happened to love the twinkly star at the end too.

"Revenging Angel" would have to be my pick due to the original conception of story-telling, and it was enjoyable to see that the actors as well as the writers have a humor!
