Changing

[RagnarRB]

Ragnar lay a restraining hand on Crais. "No wait!" He looked once at everyone. "Maybe she has an idea there."

Everyone looked back.

"As far as we know there is only one Lavashark here.(unless he was remembering wrong) How come none others came over when some of us went over there?"

Had anyone else thought of that.

"I also have an idea of how to send it back!"

[Sandworm]

Meanwhile, Sandworm, Emram and Kara were having slightly more serious problems....
"Ummm... Emram.... you got any ideas there?" said Sandworm.
"Well, we're surrounded, our plan failed, and unless you have lava resistant skin since the last time we spoke, we are going to have to go where they want us to..."
"Great. Kara?"
but she was interrupted by a loud noise from one of the sharks...

The Sharks had had enough of this human talking. It was time to get them deeper into mirrorland.

[Kayde]

The others waited for Ragnar to explain his play.

"Well, Kay said, I hope you have a plan in a hurry. Before we lose all of us to that mirror."

[RagnarRB]

"If Crais can get ahold of it he can use his emergency recall thingy and instantly join Rae...and since Rae is currently on the other side...."

[KaraS]

The sharks herded Kara, Emran and Sandworm deeper into Mirrorland. The land got rockier and, if possible, harsher. The air was dry to the point of dessication and the air was freezing cold. But off in the distance, something appeared. It looked like a mountain with a glowing crown.

"What IS that?" Emran asked.

"It kind of looks like a volcano." Sandworm said.

"I suppose where you find Volcano Sharks you find Volcanos too." Kara said. "But why are they taking us there?"

[RagnarRB]

Ragnar continued...."The maybe Crais can trigger it the other way and bring them all back here like rae did when we were....christmas shopping...when the nanites were around."

[KaraS]

Meanwhile, back in the Mansion, the VolcanoShark stretched on Ragnar's bed. Her playmates had not found her there, how disappointing. She went off in search of them.

[Kayde]

Kay kept looking over her shoulder as they proceeded. She had the distinct feeling they were being followed. But each time she turned, no one was there. She shook her head and continued on with the others, while the shark ran from behind the last corner to hide behind a trunk that someone had left in the hall.

[Sandworm]

"Kara... They're going to push us into the volcano.... Ithink... I mean, if the rock dried, hardened, we would be trapped here, and therefore unable to return to the mansion and that means they can send more of their kind over to replace us. Maybe?"

[Sandworm]

another of Sandworm's long, convoluted theories. but was it right?

[KaraS]

"Woah, dejavu there for a minute." Kara said.

"I know what you mean." Emram said.

"I don't know about you Sandworm, but if they push me in that lava it will do more than trap me. It would incinerate me." Kara said. "Maybe, um, worm people, like yourself, would survive. but Emram and I would be killed."

[Emram]

"Yeah," Emram agreed. "I probably wouldn't even make it the surface of the lava before I died. This isn't good, guys. Death simply does not suit me. We need a plan."

[KaraS]

"I have a plan." Kara said. "HEEEEEEEELP!!!!"

"What kind of plan is that?" Emran asked.

But the VolcanoSharks were backing off and shaking their heads. They seemed to be bothered by the high pitched noise.

[Sandworm]

"Umm, guys, it seems to be working... try this...."
he opened his mouth and a screechy version of the Sandworm's cry emerged.
"Well, that seems to work." he said as the Lava sharks backed off.
"Good news, people. Let's go."

[Emram]

Kara, Sandworm and Emram began to walk back towards the window to the castle, the sharks keeping their distance. As they got closer, however, the sharks began to close in again, Sandworm and Kara's efforts at keeping them at bay becoming less and less successful. Soon, the three Scoobs slowed, then stopped, and would soon have to begin backing up...

...when suddenly, Emram began to sing a high pitched note, pure and steady, his face raised to the sky. The sharks immediately fled.

"Well," Kara said. "I had no idea you were a falsetto, Emram."
